1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using CombinAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About the Service

CombinAI is an AI-powered outfit scoring and style assistance service operated by SEROGAMES. Features may include image analysis, outfit chat, credits, subscriptions, rewards, history, and related account tools. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
• You may use guest login or supported third-party sign-in methods.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device and account.
• You must provide accurate information where requested and keep your device and account credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity.
• Upload content you do not own or have permission to process.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, exploit, overload, or probe the service or its security.
• Attempt to bypass credits, subscriptions, limits, receipt validation, or anti-abuse systems.
• Use bots or automated means to access the service except where expressly permitted by us.

5. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant SEROGAMES and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve CombinAI. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process submitted content.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

CombinAI produces automated analysis, scores, and recommendations. AI output can be subjective, incomplete, or inaccurate and may not reflect professional fashion advice. Use the output at your own discretion. The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

7. Credits and Virtual Items

• Some features require credits.
• Credits are digital consumables licensed for use within CombinAI only.
• Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable except where required by law.
• SEROGAMES may modify feature pricing, reward values, and offer structures at any time.
• If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or invalidated, associated credits or access may be removed.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Subscriptions and in-app purchases on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal cutoff shown by Apple.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refund requests must be made through Apple, including at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Apple may approve refunds or revoke access. If that happens, SEROGAMES may remove or limit subscription benefits and other paid entitlements.
• Store availability, pricing, taxes, billing cycles, grace periods, and billing retry behavior are controlled in part by Apple and may vary by storefront.

9. Service Access, Suspension, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk for other users or the platform, or if we are required to do so for operational, legal, or security reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

CombinAI, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and service features, is owned by SEROGAMES or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the service.

11. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that CombinAI will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may add, remove, or modify features, pricing, limits, supported devices, or integrations at any time.

12. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CombinAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEROGAMES and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to CombinAI.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEROGAMES, its affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
