This Privacy Policy explains how SEROGAMES collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the CombinAI mobile app, website, and related services at www.serogames.com/combinai.

3. Information We Collect

• Account and login information, such as PlayFab ID, login type, Apple account identifier, Google sign-in data, guest identifier, and related session data.
• Contact details you provide or authorize, including email address where available.
• Content you submit, including outfit photos, uploaded clothing images, analysis prompts, chat messages, feedback, and support requests.
• Analysis output, such as scores, detected clothing sections, summaries, recommendations, history entries, and associated metadata.
• Purchase and entitlement data, including credits, subscriptions, daily rewards, login streaks, StoreKit transaction metadata, refund or revocation status, and restore activity.
• Technical and diagnostics information, such as device model, app version, crash or performance data, IP-derived region, push token data, and basic usage events.
• Website usage information, such as standard server logs, browser details, and page request metadata.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide sign-in, account linking, credits, subscriptions, rewards, history, and customer support.
• Process outfit analysis and outfit chat requests using AI and return results in the language selected by the user.
• Operate purchases, restore purchases, validate access, prevent abuse, and remove access where Apple revokes or refunds a purchase.
• Measure engagement, analytics, reliability, and product performance.
• Send operational and product notifications if you enable notifications.
• Enforce our Terms, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Face Data and Outfit Photos

CombinAI does not collect, create, extract, measure, or store biometric face data, face geometry, face landmarks, face embeddings, or face recognition templates. Users may optionally upload outfit photos, including full-body photos, that can incidentally contain a visible face. When that happens, the image is processed only to analyze clothing, accessories, color harmony, styling compatibility, and related outfit attributes. CombinAI does not use faces to identify a person, verify identity, track a person, profile a person, or perform face recognition.

If a submitted outfit photo incidentally contains a face, the photo may be transmitted to our third-party AI processing provider solely to generate the requested clothing and outfit analysis. SEROGAMES does not store extracted face data or biometric identifiers. For user history features, compressed image thumbnails may be stored locally on the user's device, and analysis metadata may be stored in PlayFab. Submitted photos are retained only as user-provided content and related history for as long as needed to provide the feature or until the user deletes the related data or account, subject to our general retention practices described below.

6. AI Processing

When you submit photos or chat prompts for analysis, CombinAI sends the relevant content to third-party AI processing services selected by SEROGAMES to generate outfit analysis and chat responses. These providers process the submitted content solely to provide the requested service on our behalf, subject to their own security and privacy practices. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share.

7. Third-Party Services We Use

Depending on the feature you use, CombinAI may rely on third-party providers including:

• PlayFab for backend services, authentication state, cloud data, virtual currency, and statistics.
• Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, subscriptions, refunds, and purchase management.
• Google for Google Sign-In authentication.
• Firebase for analytics and cloud messaging.
• AI service providers for image analysis and outfit chat processing.

8. In-App Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

Payments for iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple, not directly by SEROGAMES. We receive transaction and entitlement information needed to grant credits or subscription access. Subscription status may change if Apple reports cancellation at end of term, billing failure, refund approval, charge reversal, or revocation. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalidated by Apple, access to related paid features may be reduced or removed.

9. Push Notifications and Analytics

If you allow notifications, we may store push identifiers such as APNs and FCM tokens to send operational messages. We also use analytics tools to understand usage patterns, purchase events, feature adoption, reliability, and app performance.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account history, process purchases, investigate abuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain limited records after account deletion where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or audit purposes.

11. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers, payment and platform providers, analytics vendors, law enforcement or regulators where required, and with other parties as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

12. Your Choices and Rights

• You can manage your App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• You can request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• You can request account deletion from within the app, subject to applicable retention obligations.
• You can disable notifications in your device settings.
• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data.

13. Children

CombinAI is not intended for children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations, subject to applicable law.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
